The company specializes in steel grating and steel rolling products. there are70 employees in the company,where there are 8 high-qualified engineers and 10outstanding management staff. With a total investment of RMB15million,the company occupies an area of 5,000m2 and is located in Beihai,Shihe Town,Jinzhou District,Dalian,Liaoning Province.

        The Flinght company introduced 2 steel grating production lines with most advanced production technique,high level of automation,and outstanding processing ability.The 2 production lines will be maintained & operated by veterans,who have more ahan 10 years of professional experience in the field.The products conform with YB/T4001.1-2007 standard and also can be custom-built for the products that are more difficult to make. The company has complete systems for CAD designing, which provides high quality services of product designing and composing and installation to the customers. At present, the company gradually forms a product line ranging mainly from steel grating tl staircase, tread-step, fence, sewer cover, posts, press-locked grating panel, etc. At the came time, the  company also possesses a 350×5mm steel-rolling production line, which is most advanced in the same type of production equipment in China. It enables the Flight company to produce equal-lateral nagle bars,channel steel, flat bars and square bars, etc, which can wuppoy to the needs & demands of customers from both domestic and abroad after meeting the production needs of Flight.  Panels of Steel Gratings are manufactured by the programmed control press-welding machines which are developed by us with the spaced twisted square bars pressed into the bearing bars producing strong welds and rectangular opening.

Bearing bars carry loads.Cross bars fix bearing bars.The direction of bearing bars represents the direction of steel grating length.The direction of cross bars represects the direction of steel grating width.  

  Steel gratings have many advantages such as light weight,high strength,great load-bearing capacity,being economical of materials,ventilation and light admission,modern fashion and attractive appearance,non-slip and safe,easy cleaning and installation,being sturdy and durable.

      Steel gratings can be classified into two styles by its bearing barstype,namely,plain style and serrated style,according to the upper edges of bearing bars ,form more than 200 varieties on the basis of the sizes and pitches of bearing bars and the pitches of cross bars ,and can be made surface-protective treatment in light of different environments.

      Steel gratings are widely used by various plants at home and abroad,for example,in power plants,chemical plants,oil refinery,iron and steel works,machine factories,paper mills,cement mills,medicine plants and foodstuff factories,for uses of gangways,catwqys,and platforms for pump roons and engine rooms in various ships; floorings in various bridges such as railway bridge sidewalks,over-the-buildings and roads; drainage trench covers and drainage pit covers for highways.
